Tomorrow will be the international day of happiness. The whole idea is to share the happiness with the world! As a fan of spreading positivity, I couldn't leave it without any notice. With all of the negativity and hate attacking from so many sides, it is important to find the strength to stick to the optimism. That's why I decided to tell you how I became a happier person and how I maintain it, maybe some of these tips will help you as well!

1 I found out what made me really happy

I gave it a long thought, and figured out, what makes me truly joyful is seeing my friends and family cheerful. To see them smile can sometimes mean making a clown out of myself, but it's totally worth it! Nowadays I do it on a daily basis just to see them smile.

2 I got negative thoughts under control

Creating something, even if it's something small, like drawing or baking are perfect activities to relax and push any negative thoughts away. It can also be doing sports, working in the garden, learning something new or playing a game - whatever makes you feel good about yourself.

3 I learned how to handle anxiety

During a very bad day going for a long walk reduces my angst or doubts. It helps clear my head and think difficult topics through (with usually a positive outcome).

4 It is all in the attitude

It is impossible to be happy constantly, but we can at least try to appreciate the small things in our lives. Find 5 things each day you appreciate - it will make you automatically a more contented person!

What makes you happy? Do more of it, make it a habit, enjoy the life and share it with the others! I believe, that joy is transmittable and it's definitely worth sharing!
