Like many young people, I used to be a serial plant killer. I managed to kill each and every plant, which I got from my friends or family. I even killed two cacti, which are supposed to be the most stable plants of all. That however changed the past years and trust me - if I learned it, anyone can. All you need is a good will, effort and knowledge about plants, which you are taking care of. For a couple of last years I handled a multiple various plants and now I'm a proud mama of a little jungle (you can see some of them below).
This year I have decided to buy vegetable and fruit seeds and plant them for the first time. The driving force is my childhood memory of my grandma (an amazing housekeeper), who sowed every year her own plants. Besides that, it is pretty awesome to eat food directly from your own garden or terrace!
I know, that it's still winter, but some plants have to be sowed already in February! For example green pepper! Cherry tomatoes can be planted that early already as well, so this weekend I decided to put my shoulder to the wheel and plant those goodies!
I have no idea if it will work out, keep your fingers crossed!
